In this section all the logged site users can ask doctors from SHT information for giving an emergency assistance in one medical or surgical problem.
If solving the problem requires a greater amount of informations for establishing an diagnosis with high accuracy, the doctor can guide the user to acces the next section, Counsultations.
Specific to this section is that the discussions will be conducted (and viewed) strictly only by an SHT doctor and the user who requested the consultation.
How to use this section is as follows:
1. Ask for medical assistance by accessing the button below that will allow you to send a direct email to your doctor. The e-mail should contain as detailed information as possible about the condition suffered (symptoms, ongoing treatments, etc.) so that the doctor can already form an opinion on it. Also in the content of the email you must enter the approximate period in which you are available for the virtual meeting with the doctor (date, time).
2. Accessing the button above will open a page that will allow you to choose the email account you want to use.
3. It is preferable to use the email account used to register on the site.
4. Once you have chosen the email account, you can send your request directly to the doctor.
5. Shortly after this you will receive an email from the doctor on duty containing the confirmation of the date and time of the appointment.
6. On the date and time agreed with the doctor you will receive by email a link and a password that will allow you to connect audio and video directly with him.
